Rebeca Danon is a multidisciplinary artist from Guadalajara, Mexico, currently based between Mexico City and Austin. With a background in filmmaking and a practice rooted in observation, her work moves between painting, photography, and creative direction, often blurring the lines between the surreal and the intimate. Through playful symbols, emotional portraits, and repurposed materials, she explores the act of seeing as a form of presence and resistance. Her visual language is guided by memory, magical realism, and a desire to honor the quiet poetry of the everyday.
